Sapete Integrated Farms Ventures (SIFV) is inviting disciplined and committed interns to apply for its 2025 Internship Program in Food Handling (Broilers Processing & Packaging), Farm Operations, and Manure Handling Departments.
Founded in 2016, SIFV has built its reputation on core values of Integrity, Commitment, Honesty, and Accountability, principles that continue to define its work culture and stakeholder relationships.
Strategically located in a peaceful and conducive environment at Ikot Idem Nsit, Nsit Ibom LGA of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, the farm specializes in poultry and catfish farming. Interns will gain hands-on experience in various operational aspects of the agribusiness sector while enjoying a work-life balanced environment and residential accommodation.
Basic Requirements:
A letter of introduction for Industrial Training (IT) from an approved university or polytechnic (Veterinary, Animal Science, Agriculture, or Food Science departments).
Minimum of 12 months internship duration.
O’Level Certificate, Local Government of Origin & Birth Certificate.
NIN or other government-approved ID.
Proven integrity, commitment, and accountability.
At least two reputable guarantors.
Applicants must be under 40 years old by December 31, 2025.
Benefits Package:
Interns will enjoy quality coaching, mentorship, and financial support, including:
A ₦5,000 weekly setting-down allowance, up to ₦20,000 for new interns.
Monthly allowance: ₦60,000 for Food Handling & Farm Operation interns; ₦70,000 for Manure Handling interns.
Work-life balance with one day off per week and annual leave options.
Free accommodation with electricity and water supply.
½ crate of eggs per month per staff, among other welfare packages.
