Sapete Integrated Farms Ventures (SIFV) has officially announced the launch of its 12-month Industrial Training (IT) internship programme for students in agriculture-related disciplines.
The internship is open to students from government-approved universities and polytechnics studying Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or Food Science. The programme will run for a minimum of 12 months at the company’s integrated farming facility in Ikot Idem Nsít, Akwa Ibom State.
Structured Training and Mentorship
According to the company, the internship programme is designed to provide practical exposure in Broilers Processing & Packaging, Farm Operations, and Manure Handling departments.
Interns will receive:
Quality access to training, coaching, and mentorship
Monthly allowance of ₦80,000 for Food Handling and Farm Operations interns
Monthly allowance of ₦90,000 for Manure Handling interns
₦5,000 weekly settling allowance (up to ₦20,000 maximum)
Work schedule of 8 weeks on duty and 1 week off, or one month annual leave with pay
Free residential accommodation with electricity and water supply
One-half crate of eggs per month
Safe and conducive working environment
Eligibility Criteria

Official letter of introduction for Industrial Training (IT)
O’Level certificate
Local Government of Origin and Birth Certificates
Valid NIN or government-approved ID
Minimum of two reputable guarantors
Must not be older than 40 years by December 31, 2026
Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and willingness to comply with company policies
